What pregnancy does to skin (and why HIFU helps)

We recommend waiting until you have finished breastfeeding and your body has settled — typically a minimum of 3–6 months postpartum, and longer if you are still nursing. HIFU is not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Giving your skin time to recover naturally first also means we treat the true, settled laxity rather than chasing a moving target.
